Z-Wedge Designs

Use our Precision Z-wedge designs for vertical applications that require High stiffness, Accuracy and Repeatability with no vertical stage obstruction. Our Z-wedge stages can be provided in an assortment of configurations best suited to meet load, envelop and precision specifications. The wedges can be actuated with direct drive linear servo motors as well as stepper or servo drive screws.
