The company was formed to fill a gap in the motion control and positioning market by providing non-standard precision motion control platforms when standardized platforms were not sufficient. The company boasts over 50 years of collective experience in precision motion positioning and factory automation with a heavy emphasis in metrology, lasers and optics.
Ibex Engineering has gained a reputation of servicing the most demanding ultra precision motion control applications for the markets that demand leading edge technology. Those markets include Disk drive, Semiconductor fabrication, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, National Laboratories, Life sciences and Genomics. Ibex designs and fabricates everything from simple screw stages to the most critical non-magnetic Ultra High Vacuum motion control platforms.
